💰 PAY & COMPENSATION

Weekly Average: $1,800 – $1,900
Yearly Average: $93,600 – $98,800
Weekly Guarantee: $1,200 (first 60 days)
Average Miles: ~1,625/week

Additional Pay:

Stop Pay: $55 per stop
Backhaul Pay: $40
Accessorial Pay: $100
Safety Bonus Program (quarterly earnings potential)
CPM increases every 6 months (up to $0.90 max)

🚚 POSITION DETAILS

Freight: Dry Van
Unload: 100% Driver Unload (Touch Freight) Box-by-box using rollers
2–5 stops per route
Running Area: Central & Western U.S.
MO, KS, OK, AR, IA, MN, WI, IL, IN, KY, TN
Plus extended runs into CO, TX, NM, UT, WY, MT
Schedule: Freight runs 7 days/week
Multi-stop routes
Early starts & long unload days

🏠 HOME TIME

Home Weekly (34-hour reset)
Weekends NOT guaranteed

⚠️ REQUIREMENTS

CDL-A required
Minimum 6 months experience
Must be physically able to unload freight
Prefer at least one winter driving season

⚠️ JOB CONDITIONS

Very physical position (touch freight)
Up to 4,000+ pieces per trailer
Unload time can take several hours per load
Customer-facing deliveries

🎓 TRAINING & ORIENTATION

Unload Training: 1–2 weeks ride along
Training Pay: $200/day
Orientation: ~2 days
Travel, hotel, and meals provided
Must be willing to stay out up to 4 weeks during training
